Just in from a local estate collection exclusively to the internet comes this terrific 14K GOLD barpin. Measuring a little over 2" long, this delicate treasure dates back to the 1910s-20s. The pin is exquisitely designed in 14k yellow gold. It has an early safety clasp and is marked "14K". Classically designed in a lovely style with exquisite craftsmanship, the gorgeous openwork has lovely art deco undertones. In the center is a round faceted red stone bezel set, and though it should be a rubie, it is synthetic.The stone does show some wear. Highly sought after by collectors.
